MARY (Marija – cultivar from Latvia)
Female. Average height shrub. Few thorns, great, perspective, highly productive commercial breed. Fruits - light orange, ~ 0,5-0,8 grams heavy, ripen early September. The berries of this breed are loved by the dealers, because it is possible to get both juice (~ 87%) and high-quality oil from fruits.
HARVESTING: FROM ~ SEPTEMBER 1 TILL THE END OF SEPTEMBER (~20 days)

TATJANA
Female. Among the available varieties - the lowest shrub (makes harvesting easy). Few thorns, dense berry cobs. Fruit - dark orange, ~ 0.5-0.9 grams heavy,  ripen in late August. Harvest time ~ 14 days. Both juice and high-quality oil (5%) are obtained from the berries. The most commonly chosen commercial variety, when the purpose of berry processing is to obtain oil.
HARVESTING: FROM END OF AUGUST TO MID-SEPTEMBER (~14 days)

PROZRACHNAJA (Prozračnaja)
Female. The shrub is high, but the roots grow deep in the ground, so the breed is particularly suitable for driest areas. Fast growing breed - strong and voluminous young sprouts. Fruits - light orange with darker spots on both ends, ~ 0.6-0.9 grams heavy, ripen early in September. The berries are large and juicy.
HARVESTING: FROM THE END OF AUGUST TO THE MIDDLE OF SEPTEMBER (~16 days)

BOTANICHESKAJA LUBITELSKAJA (Botaņičeskaja Ļubiķeļskaja)
Female. Very productive, medium height shrub. Very juicy fruits - dark yellow, ~ 0,5-1,0 grams heavy, ripen at the end of the August. Berries contain up to 90% juice. The oil content in berries is very low. Highly productive commercial variety.
HARVESTING: FROM ~ 25.08. (~12 days)

LORD
Male. Adult shrubs of this breed reach 3.5 to 4 meters in height. Provides for pollination of productive female plants. Polluter with high (85%) pollen germination and suitability to colder and variable climate. Plant one male seedling for 8-10 female seedlings.

Sea buckthorn plants are grown upon prior reservation. They can be received in spring as soon as the land is thaw. Sea buckthorn plants are dug directly from the field, packed in dark polyethylene bags, marked with plant passports and ready for transport. Preferred planting time - 10 days from the time of digging.
